25% deposit required for all local dates (this applies to new and established clients). 50% deposit applies while touring & FMTY.

Accommodations

Incalls — A $250–$500 incall fee will be added to the deposit.

Outcalls — A standard 25% deposit is required to book an outcall and reserve time in my schedule. I do not meet at private residences, No exceptions.

Life happens. Here’s my cancellation policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

For local clients, I am happy to transfer your deposit once for a reschedule within 30 days if a cancellation happens more than 48 hours in advance.

In the rare instance I must cancel, I will return your deposit ASAP in the method it was received, or we can reschedule.

Cash is king, and you should not expect to pay digitally without advanced permission.

An envelope, card, or book are great places to tuck this away discretely. Don't mention it, just place it visible to me at the start of our date.

For dates 3h and beyond, please note that some kind of sustenance is required. Nobody likes being hangry!

Bottled still water, fresh fruit, chocolate, mixed nuts, room service, the options are endless. If our outing includes a meal, water in the room will be much appreciated and more than enough.

I accept tasteful, discreet reviews on PrivateDelights only. Reviews that allude to specific acts or even specific places we visited will be reported and ignored. Keep it classy!

After years in private school and other uniform requiring kinds of employment, I find joy in choosing my own outfits.

I will dress for the occasion. Dressier for a dinner date and more laid back for a casual outing or quick tryst for example.

I politely decline requests for dress, makeup, and lingerie. Peek my photos for an idea of how I may arrive.

Extended dates can be all kinds of fun. Deepening a connection and creating an even closer relationship with more time together.

I don't have a rate listed for "in-date extensions" as I find them to be challenging to accommodate in most cases. Best to book your desired duration!

For overnights, I require a minimum 7h of uninterrupted sleep. If you know you toss, turn, or snore, a separate sleeping arrangement is preferred and will have me all the brighter come morning.

For multi-day rendezvous, I ask for a few hours of private time each day to recoup my social battery, and take time for personal matters. We can talk details during the planning process.

Where in the world will we meet?

I am SF Bay Area based.

If you need me to book an incall, there is an additional $250-$500 incall fee for the convenience. I can book in most any Bay Are city you need.

I am unable to meet at private residences, even if we have met previously. We can enjoy crisp white linens together.

South Bay, North Bay, Napa, etc: I am more than happy to visit you in cities farther than a 40m travel time, though I do require 90m-2h minimum depending on the location and time of day. I am more likely to be able to visit if I can avoid rush hour traffic.

I'd catch a flight for you!

Touring rates differ from my home base (San Francisco) rates and require a 50% deposit. Please inquire directly for my current rate in your city.
